Vollrath 38005 Description
The wells in the Vollrath 38005 ServeWell® hot food station are constructed of thermoset, fiber-reinforced resin to diminish rusting and pitting. Operators can clean the equipment by wiping water from the non-metallic surface. The unit’s thermostatic heat controls adapt to water temperature and food quantity changes, ensuring consistent display conditions. Dome heating elements optimize the station's efficiency by heating water through direct contact, and the capillary tube thermostats control how often energy is being used. The station comes with a cutting board and an undercounter plate rack for decreased serving time.
