Vollrath 37050 Description
The Vollrath 37050 Signature Server® hot food table is designed with five 12-inch by 20-inch by 6 3⁄8-inch-deep wells and maintains consistent heat in wet operation environments. Its one-piece stainless steel top features a 1-inch turndown on all sides, while manifold drains help direct water toward the drainage system during use. Each well is insulated with high-density glass fiber to support heat retention, and individual Touch-Temp® programmable controls provide independent temperature management for each section. With an enclosed base, this counter incorporates a unibody structure that supports durability in mobile applications. A pull-out ball valve drain and operator-side drain hose assist with emptying, while swivel-plate casters with brakes can be installed to support movement between service areas.
