Vollrath 36650 Description
The Vollrath 36650 drop-in hot food well is designed with a short-side configuration that positions full-size pans sideways to create a narrow presentation and improve access in buffet and serving lines. It accommodates four full-size pans within stainless steel wells, while thermostatic controls provide consistent temperature regulation for wet operation. A stainless steel top with a full-perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, and standard drains with included plugs support controlled water removal during use.
