Vollrath 36640 Description
The Vollrath 36640 drop-in hot food well is a top-mount unit designed with a short-side configuration to position full-size pans sideways for a narrower presentation and easier access in serving lines. It accommodates two full-size pans within stainless steel wells, while thermostatic controls provide consistent temperature regulation for wet operation. A stainless steel top with a full-perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, and standard drains with included plugs support controlled water removal during use.
