The Vollrath 3647550 drop-in hot food well is designed for wet operation to maintain consistent heat distribution across multiple menu items. It supports five full-size pans within insulated stainless steel wells sized for standard 12-inch by 20-inch configurations, while infinite controls with power indicator lights provide independent temperature adjustment for each section. A stainless steel top with a drip-free flange helps contain spills, and a 1-inch copper manifold drain with individual and master shutoffs enables controlled water removal during operation.
