For precise temperature modification, the Vollrath 3646510 soup warmer is equipped with thermostatic controls, and to preserve generated temperatures, it's insulated with high-density fiberglass. This unit is designed for drop-in installation in a countertop cutout measuring 12 1⁄4 inches in diameter and includes mounting brackets to streamline setup.
The Vollrath 3646510 soup well accommodates an 11-quart inset to hold batches of sauce, soup, gravy, or stew at ideal temperatures before serving. Designed for wet operation, this unit features a stainless steel drain nipple welded to the well's interior. To provide long-term durability and rust resistance through high-volume use, this piece’s remainder is also made of stainless steel.
