Vollrath 3640801 Description
An essential part of any buffet, this hot drop-in food well features 5 wells that hold wet or dry foods. Constructed of 18/8 stainless steel, you can be sure that this drop in hot food well will remain easy to clean, stain and corrosion free for years to come. This drop-in hot well features full perimeter drip edges that contain spills and condensation within the stainless steel countertop. Each stainless steel well is 6-3/8" deep to allow for the use of full size and fractional pans. This stainless steel drop-in hot food well is insulated on the sides, between the wells, and below the element with high density fiber glass. The control panel may even remain on the unit or be remotely mounted for added space efficiency and convenience. This drop in hot food well comes standard with a cord and plug so that you don't have to worry about hardwiring.
