The Vollrath 3640760HD drop-in hot food well is designed for wet operation to maintain consistent temperatures for hot food holding. Its four full-size pan capacity is supported by individual marine-grade stainless steel wells that accommodate standard 12-inch by 20-inch pans, while infinite controls with power indicator lights provide adjustable heat for each well. An autofill system helps maintain proper water levels, and the stainless steel top with a drip-free flange works with the copper manifold drain system to manage water during operation.
