The Vollrath 3640080 drop-in hot food well is designed for wet operation to maintain consistent temperatures for hot food holding. Its two full-size pan capacity is supported by individual stainless steel wells that accommodate standard 12-inch by 20-inch pans, while thermostatic controls with power indicator lights provide precise heat adjustments for each well. An autofill system helps maintain proper water levels, and the stainless steel top with a drip-free flange works with the copper manifold drain system to manage water during operation.
