The Vollrath 3640050 drop-in hot food well is a top-mount unit designed for wet operation to maintain consistent temperatures for hot food holding. Its two full-size pan capacity is supported by individual stainless steel wells that accommodate standard 12-inch by 20-inch pans, while infinite controls with power indicator lights provide adjustable heat for each well. A stainless steel top with a drip-free flange helps contain spills, and the copper manifold drain system supports efficient water removal during operation.
