The Vollrath 3640010 drop-in hot food well is a top-mount unit designed for wet operation to maintain consistent temperatures for hot food holding. Its two full-size pan capacity is supported by individual stainless steel wells that accommodate standard 12-inch by 20-inch pans, while thermostatic controls with power indicator lights provide precise heat adjustments for each well. A stainless steel top with a drip-free flange helps contain spills, and individual drain shutoffs support controlled water removal during operation.
