Groen GSSP-BL-3GS Description
Built for high-performance steaming, the Groen GSSP-BL-3GS SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer features a powerful gas-heated steam system designed to maintain an internal temperature of approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans and includes a 2 1⁄2-gallon atmospheric steam reservoir for consistent steam generation. Its 54,000 BTU heating system, with 18,000 BTU per pan, enables rapid steaming, while a side-mounted convection fan ensures even heat distribution.
Groen’s GSSP-BL-3GS convection steamer is equipped with a stainless steel, field-reversible door featuring a hands-free latch for secure closure. A hidden door switch deactivates the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened, improving energy efficiency and safety. The water-resistant touch screen control system provides access to 10 nameable pan timers, an automatic holding function, and self-diagnostics for system monitoring. A USB port enables firmware updates and service adjustments, while a programmable delime schedule simplifies maintenance.
