Groen GSSP-BL-3G Description
Designed for gas-powered efficiency, the Groen GSSP-BL-3G SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer delivers high-performance steaming with a self-contained atmospheric steam reservoir. This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch deep pans, while its 54,000 BTU gas heating system provides 18,000 BTU per pan for rapid steam production. A side-mounted convection fan enables uniform heat distribution, and the removable steam lid improves recovery times while simplifying cleanup.
Groen’s GSSP-BL-3G convection steamer features a user-friendly touch screen control system with programmable settings, including 10 nameable pan timers, an automatic holding function, and self-diagnostics. A hands-free, field-reversible door securely latches upon closing, while a hidden door switch shuts off the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened. Constructed from stainless steel, the unit includes removable pan support racks and a condensate tray to facilitate cleaning. A USB port enables firmware updates and service adjustments.
