Groen GSSP-BL-3G Description
Designed for durability, the Groen GSSP-BL-3G SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer features a stainless steel construction with removable side panels for easy access during maintenance. This gas-powered unit generates atmospheric steam with a self-contained 2 1⁄2-gallon reservoir and a 54,000 BTU heating system. The powerful, side-mounted convection fan enables uniform steam circulation throughout the cavity, ensuring consistent cooking across three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans.
Groen’s GSSP-BL-3G convection steamer is equipped with a water-resistant touch screen control system featuring self-diagnostics, 10 nameable pan timers, and a programmable delime schedule. A hands-free, field-reversible door provides a secure latch when closed, while a hidden door switch deactivates the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened. For added convenience, the unit includes a removable steam lid to improve recovery times and a USB port for firmware updates and service use. A front-mounted condensate tray and removable pan support racks simplify cleaning.
