Groen GSSP-BL-3GS Description
Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen control system, the Groen GSSP-BL-3GS SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer enables precise cooking adjustments. The interface includes 10 nameable pan timers, self-diagnostics, and an automatic holding function. This stand-mounted unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans and operates with a 2 1⁄2-gallon atmospheric steam reservoir for continuous steam production.
Groen’s GSSP-BL-3GS convection steamer features a 54,000 BTU gas heating system, delivering 18,000 BTU per pan for rapid steaming. A side-mounted convection fan distributes heat evenly throughout the cavity, while a removable steam lid improves recovery times and simplifies cleaning. The stainless steel, field-reversible door has a hands-free latch for secure closure, and a hidden door switch cuts power to the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened.
