Southbend SIRIUSII-10-SB Description
Create perfectly steamed vegetables every time with the Southbend SIRIUSII-10-SB convection steamer. This commercial, gas-powered steamer has the options for LP or Nat gas boilerless and features (2) compartments with (4 and 6) 12 in. x 20 in. x 2-1/2 in. pans respectively. The cooking compartment is made from aluminum cast and the exterior is made from stainless steel. This particular model has preheated incoming water and a clean water reservoir system with reversible doors.
