Designed with a side-mounted convection fan, the Groen GSSP-BL-3ES SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer enables efficient steam distribution throughout the cavity for even cooking. This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹⁄₂-inch deep pans and utilizes a high-efficiency steam-generating reservoir to maintain an internal temperature of approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Its external heating element delivers 3.0 kW of power per pan, while a removable steam lid enhances recovery times and simplifies cleaning.

Groen’s GSSP-BL-3ES SmartSteam Pro convection steamer features a water-resistant touch screen control system with self-diagnostics and customizable settings. It includes 10 nameable pan timers, a "+1 minute" button for quick time adjustments, and an automatic holding feature after timed cooking. A stainless steel, field-reversible door is equipped with a hands-free latch that secures upon closing, while a hidden door switch cuts power to the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened. The unit’s durable stainless steel construction includes removable pan support racks, a condensate tray, and a USB port for service use and firmware updates.
