Designed with a high-efficiency steam-generating reservoir, the Groen GSSP-BL-3ES SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer delivers consistent atmospheric steam to the cavity at approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit holds three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch deep pans and features a side-mounted convection fan that enables even steam distribution. Its external heating element provides 3.0 kW of power per pan, ensuring rapid heat-up times, while a removable steam lid improves recovery and simplifies cleaning.
Groen’s GSSP-BL-3ES convection steamer is equipped with a stainless steel, field-reversible door with a hands-free latch that secures upon closing. A hidden door switch cuts power to the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened. The user-friendly touch screen control system offers self-diagnostics, 10 nameable pan timers, and an automatic holding feature after timed cooking. A programmable delime schedule provides maintenance reminders, while a USB port enables service use and firmware updates. The unit includes removable pan support racks and a condensate tray for simple cleanup.
