Groen GSSP-BL-3ES Description
Designed with a stainless steel, field-reversible door, the Groen GSSP-BL-3ES SmartSteam® Pro convection steamer enables flexible installation in commercial kitchens. Its hands-free door latch secures the door when pushed shut, while a hidden door switch automatically cuts power to the blower fan and steam reservoir when opened. This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch deep pans and features a side-mounted convection fan for enhanced steam distribution.
Groen’s GSSP-BL-3ES SmartSteam Pro convection steamer operates with a high-efficiency, electric-heated steam reservoir that maintains an internal temperature of approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The external heating element provides 3.0 kW of power per pan, providing rapid heat-up times, while a removable steam lid enhances recovery rates and simplifies cleaning. The user-friendly touch screen control panel includes self-diagnostics, 10 nameable pan timers, and an automatic holding feature after timed cooking. A USB port enables service use and firmware updates.
