Optimal for keeping a consistent supply of fresh, clean ice, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA49/B110PS/BPF-1 ice maker with bin produces full cubes. This form of ice measures 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch and is rhomboidal in shape. Because of full-cube ice's large dimensions and slow melting process, it's great for preserving the full flavor of cocktails.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA49/B110PS/BPF-1 modular cube ice maker with bin is constructed to serve entire dining rooms, fill satellite bins, stock fresh-food displays, and more. This piece of equipment is air-cooled with a self-contained condenser¬, the economical alternative to remote or water-cooled units. To cool the machine, fans push fresh air across the condenser. The unit requires no additional wiring because the entire condenser is within the machine itself.
