The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FA/B40PS ice maker and bin produces full-size cubes of ice with its air-cooled condenser, which is self-contained to streamline installation and reduce the risk of cross contamination. It has PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection to slow the growth of bacteria, and with the push of a button, the system performs descaling and sanitizing measures. To facilitate cleaning, the food zone has removable components that can be placed in the dishwasher. Depending on environmental conditions, this unit makes from 711 to 896 pounds of ice daily.

For dependable storage, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FA/B40PS full-cube ice maker's bin is insulated with foam to prevent ice from melting quickly. It holds 344 pounds of ice, which can be accessed from the top-hinged, sloped front door. To resist corrosion, the lining is made of polyethylene, and the exterior has a stainless finish that provides durability and rust resistance. For installation on uneven surfaces, the sturdy 6-inch legs can be adjusted to prevent the unit from tipping.
