To stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430HA/B55PS half-cube ice machine with bin is mounted on adjustable 6-inch legs. For high-volume use, it has a resilient aluminum exterior, and the bin is insulated with foam to ensure ice doesn't melt during storage. Resisting corrosion caused by cleaning chemicals, the bin is lined with polyethylene, and to inhibit bacterial growth, the head has PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection.

The Ice-O-Matic CIM0430HA/B55PS ice maker with bin makes 435 pounds of ice per day, though when conditions are less than ideal, it makes closer to 320 pounds. For use when needed, the bin holds 510 pounds of pre-made ice, which can be accessed behind the top-hinged, sloped door. Providing an update of the unit's status, it has an LED display screen that can be monitored by employees, and the condenser is self-contained to reduce cross-contamination risks.
