Browne 502910 Description
This Browne 502910 salad fork is 6 1⁄2 inches long and compatible with salads and appetizers. More economical than 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel flatware, it's made of 18/0 stainless steel, which contains 18 percent chrome and no nickel. This alloy is ideal for budget-conscious restaurants because it's less expensive to replace and withstands high-volume restaurant use, but it's not as durable as 18/8 and 18/10 flatware. For a classic look, its Contour pattern incorporates a beaded handle perimeter that accentuates the handle's shape, while the mirror finish improves presentation on set tables.
