Arctic Air AWF25 Description
The Arctic Air AWF25 reach-in freezer has a white, ABS-lined interior that helps products stand out, making them easier for kitchen employees to find. Three shelves sit in the cabinet, and all can be adjusted based on what product is being stored. An LED display on the outside shows the cabinet temperature clearly, and for maintenance purposes, the door’s magnetic gasket can be removed without tools.
A capillary tube system meters refrigerant in the Arctic Air AWF25 commercial freezer, saving the user money compared to thermal expansion valve systems with expensive replacement components. Because the door is solid, it seals in cold air that a glass door would not fully trap. The freezer’s steel exterior offers resilience and durability, and its white finish provides a clean appearance. Mounted at the bottom, the compressor improves the unit’s performance in hot kitchens. However, this placement will collect more dust and food particles than a top-mounted unit.

"We use this product in our commercial kitchen to freeze soup. It's frozen in less than an hour, You can adust the temp. Love it. It's spacious, easy to move. Far better than a residential freezer. Delivery was quick. It would be nice to offer a basket on the bottom. The wheels don't come attached they are boxed inside the freezer so it took 2 of us to move it across the room until I discovered the wheels."

"Use this freezer in a hot kitchen directly across from the hot side equipment and hood. The bottom rear condensing unit gets its air away from the heat source and fryer vapor. No grease buildup on the coil. Electric savings should pay for this unit which will run about 25% less ($2.25/day savings projected) in less than two years."
