Its 9-inch cutting board spans the front, offering expanded workspace. A stainless steel cabinet resists dents, while three vaulted doors stay open at 90 degrees.
The electronic thermostat with digital LED display ensures accurate temperature control between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The Arctic Air AMT72R mega top sandwich/salad prep table operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system. Inside, wire shelves organize supplies beneath the work surface. Four casters—two locking—offer stable mobility during cleanup, repositioning, or general kitchen operation.
