Arctic Air AMT28R Description
The Arctic Air AMT28R prep table is constructed with added space to enable the placement of an extra row of pans, and it comes with sixth-size clear Lexan pans. This piece of equipment includes a durable full-length, 5⁄8-in. thick cutting board. Its vaulted, self-closing doors remain open at 90 degrees for user convenience, and its solid door is designed with a foamed-in-place recessed handle.
Operators can remove and replace the Arctic Air AMT28R mega-top refrigerator's magnetic door gaskets without tools. This piece of equipment is designed with casters that are simple to mount, two of which are equipped with locks for stationary applications. To enhance the airflow and ensure quick temperature recovery times, the refrigerator has large fan motors and blades. Its bright white interior cabinet has a durable stainless steel floor with coved corners for quick cleaning.
