Cambro VBRTL6519 Description
For adaptability, this Cambro VBRTL6519 Versa Food Bar™ work table can be used to prepare ingredients or merchandise cold drinks, meals, and snacks in a self-service line. Its five insulated wells accommodate one full-size food pan each, and they're insulated with CFC-free foam to keep food cold for hours without ice. However, ice can be used to display beverages, and as it melts, it drains through the integrated threaded faucet. A hose can be attached to streamline draining and cleaning. When the unit must be used as a workstation, placing the covers on top of its wells creates a flat surface. At 29 1⁄4 inches tall, it provides users a comfortable working height.
Ideal for catering events, the Cambro VBRTL6519 work table is fitted with four 6-inch casters that swivel and brake for smooth maneuvering. Its 82-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep structure can be transported through standard 36-inch doorways; operators can grip the molded-in handles on both ends to steer the unit with full control. To withstand impacts from collisions, it's made of break- and dent-resistant, double-wall polyethylene. This material also resists rust to ensure products are stored safely, and it's simple to wipe clean when necessary. Its Kentucky green appearance can blend in with various color schemes or add an accent color.
