Cambro VBRTL6186 Description
To improve user comfort when preparing ingredients, this Cambro VBRTL6186 Versa Food Bar™ work table has a 29 1⁄4-inch work height, which is lower than standard work tables in the collection. Overall, it measures 82 inches wide by 27 inches deep to fit through standard doorways. Its double-wall polyethylene construction resists rusting, denting, and breaking to protect stored contents; it features a navy blue appearance that can blend in unobtrusively with a wide color scheme range while improving food presentation. Simple to move, it's mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters with brakes and includes molded-in, ergonomic handles on each end.
When the Cambro VBRTL6186 work table isn't used as a prep station, its five integrated wells can accommodate full-size Gastronorm pans to merchandise cold beverages, snacks, and drinks. To save energy, its wells are insulated with CFC-free foam to maintain cool temperatures for hours without ice. However, ice can be added to display bottled and canned drinks; when the ice melts, it can be removed through the threaded faucet drain. Camchiller® and ColdFest® units, which are sold separately, also can be used in the wells to preserve cold temperatures.
