Cambro VBRTL6158 Description
For mobility, this Cambro VBRTL6158 Versa Food Bar™ work table is mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters with brakes, and because it's a nonelectric unit, it doesn't have a cord to limit its movement. It measures 82 inches wide by 27 inches deep, so it can be transported through a standard 36-inch doorway, and molded-in, ergonomic handles on each end improve the user's control of steering. Built to last, its double-wall polyethylene construction withstands repeated impacts by resisting dents if it collides with a surface during transport. This material also resists rust to maintain its hot red look and protect stored contents. When it's dirty, its smooth surface can be wiped clean.
Convertible from a prep table to a food line, the Cambro VBRTL6158 work table is comprised of five wells that each accommodate a full-size food pan. They're insulated with CFC-free foam to ensure food remains cold for hours without ice. Ice can be added to the wells to merchandize bottled beverages, and as the ice melts, it can be removed through the threaded faucet drain. Matching well covers are included to create a flat surface for ingredient prep. For user comfort, this unit stands 29 1⁄4 inches tall—a low work height compared to other work tables in the Versa Food Bar series.
