Cambro VBRTHD6186 Description
For versatility, this Cambro VBRTHD6186 Versa Food Bar™ work table's smooth, flat surface can double as a food-prep station and a self-service food line. As many as five full-size food pans can be inserted into the table's wells to merchandize prepackaged snacks, meals, and drinks. To ensure all stored products remain cold during grab-and-go operations, the wells are insulated with CFC-free foam. Ice can be stored in the wells, and to streamline cleaning, a hose can be connected to the drain faucet to remove melted ice sanitarily and quickly.
Ideal for catering applications, the Cambro VBRTHD6186 work table is mounted on four heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes for smooth maneuvering and stabilization; its 82-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 36 1⁄4-inch-high structure can fit through standard 36-inch doorways. Handles molded into both ends offer improved steering control, and if the unit collides with walls, furniture, or pieces of equipment, its double-wall polyethylene construction resists denting and breakage. This material also resists rusting and can be wiped clean. To match existing color schemes and improve food presentation, it comes in navy blue.
