Cambro VBRTHD6158 Description
Made of double-wall polyethylene, the Cambro VBRTHD6158 Versa Food Bar™ work table is durable enough to stand up against long-term use. Its exterior is textured to resist scratches, ensuring the unit retains its hot red appearance over time. Overall, the 82-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 36 1⁄4-inch-high structure accommodates five full-size food pans or 6-inch-deep pans of various sizes. It's designed for use with cold product, holding items effectively with ice or Camchillers® or ColdFest® pans, which can be purchased separately.
The Cambro VBRTHD6158 cold food bar includes well covers that transform the unit from a buffet to a work table, providing a sturdy prep surface. Equipped with 6-inch casters, this unit can be relocated and repositioned easily. Because it's portable, it can be used in banquet halls, large events, and parties to serve soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and food products. After use, its threaded faucet drain can facilitate cleaning by removing melted ice.
