Cambro UPCS180480 Description
While a polypropylene exterior adds durability to the Cambro UPCS180480 Ultra Pan Carriers® top-loading food carrier, foamed-in-place polyurethane adds insulation to help maintain interior temperatures. Preserving temperatures for as long as 4 hours, this carrier is a useful tool for transporting food to a catered event. Its nylon latches won't rust like metal latches can, and it's stackable to streamline storage and transport.
Around the Cambro UPCS180480 S-Series top loading pan carrier's perimeter, molded-in hand holds give users a comfortable grip to lift the carrier. Built up steam and pressure are released by the unit's self-venting feature, and its built-in seal doesn't need to be removed for cleaning like some gaskets. This food transport device can hold one full-size or multiple fractional-size food pans as deep as 8 inches, and it is dishwasher safe to ease cleaning.
