Cambro UPCS180157 Description
The Cambro UPCS180157 S-Series Ultra Pan Carriers® food carrier is designed to transport hot or cold food in catering, delivery, and off-site service operations. This top-loading unit accommodates one GN full-size or fractional pan up to 8 inches deep and holds approximately 24 1⁄2 quarts, supporting organized food transport. Polypropylene construction provides durability, while polyurethane foam insulation helps maintain food temperatures for up to 4 hours. The self-venting design releases steam to equalize pressure, and a built-in gasket helps retain internal temperatures.
To support lifting and transport, the Cambro UPCS180157 food carrier features four EZ-grip molded-in handles, while four nylon latches help secure the lid during movement. Its stackable design aligns with compatible carriers for organized storage and transport, and the lift-off top provides access to stored pans. Dishwasher-safe construction supports cleaning after use, and the coffee beige finish integrates into a range of service environments.
