Cambro UPCH800401 Description
The Cambro UPCH800401 Ultra Camcart® H series food carrier has two insulated compartments that can hold 12 full-size, 2 1⁄2-inch-deep food pans. Vents circulate hot air around the pans to eliminate cold spots, while dense foam insulation throughout the cabinet walls traps heat inside, so food can stay warm for hours even when unplugged. The temperature can be set from 150 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping food hot until served without cooking it.
For mobility, this Cambro UPCH800401 heated food carrier has 6-inch-diameter casters, and one of them has a brake to keep the unit from rolling away. Door latches stop product from falling out, while its lightweight polyethylene construction resists bending and chipping. To protect against damage, the cabinet has a lower bumper, and handles are molded into the unit to prevent them from breaking off.
