Cambro UPCH800131 Description
Since it is insulated with polyurethane foam, the Cambro UPCH800131 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier maintains temperatures at or above 148 degrees Fahrenheit. It is made of durable polyethylene, which resists heat. Its door is secured in place with a 9-inch nylon latch. To provide mobility, there are four 5-inch casters with one brake. The Cambro UPCH800131 heated food server has a vent cap that pops up to release steam and keep food crispy. A light indicates when the unit is on and it takes only 45 minutes to heat up. Handles are molded in for a secure grip when lifting.
