Ideal for transporting hot product to off-site events, the Cambro UPCH800110 Camcarrier® heated pan carrier comes equipped with heavy-duty casters. Warm temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit are produced to provide a gentle heat that keeps food hot and at safe temperatures that do not continue to cook the product or dry it out. After one of the doors is opened and closed, it only takes 3 minutes to recover the hot temperatures.

When the unit is unplugged, the foamed-in polyurethane insulation keeps temperatures above 148 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 4 hours. Food inside the unit does not get soggy since the vent cap releases steam. Each compartment in the Cambro UPCH800110 Camcarrier heated pan carrier has 12 molded-in rails that accommodate full-size, half-size, and third-size pans or half-size sheet pans.
