Cambro UPCH800191 Description
The Cambro UPCH800191 Ultra Camcart® insulated food server has a durable polyethylene construction that stays cool to the touch. It is insulated with polyurethane foam to maintain temperatures at or above 148 degrees Fahrenheit. There are 24 rails built in to hold (12) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size food pans. To secure the doors, 9-inch nylon latches are in place.
The power cord can be stored on the unit's left side with a vinyl strap. The Cambro UPCH800191 heated food carrier warms up in 45 minutes and a vent pops up to let steam out, which keeps food crispy. Handles are molded in to create a comfortable grip when carrying. A thermometer shows the internal temperature, and a light indicates when the unit is on.
