Cambro UPCH400110 Description
The Cambro UPCH400110 Camcarrier® heated pan carrier provides gentle heat from 150 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping product hot and at safe temperatures while maintaining moisture and ensuring it does not continue to continue to cook. It only takes 3 minutes to recover the temperature after a door is opened and closed, and foamed-in insulation keeps temperatures above 148 degrees for 4 hours when the unit is unplugged. A vent cap is built in, so steam can be released to equalize pressure and prevent product from getting soggy. There are 12 molded-in rails inside the Cambro UPCH400110 Camcarrier heated pan carrier that hold full-size, half-size, and third-size pans, as well as half-size sheet pans.
- Temperature range: 150-165 degrees F
- Gentle heating keeps food hot and safe while maintaining moisture and ensuring it does not continue to cook
- Should be preheated for 45 min. before use for proper heated holding
- Recovers temperatures 3 min. after a door has been opened and closed
- Polyethylene exterior remains cool to the touch to reduce burn risks
- Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to keep temperatures above 148 degrees F for at least 4 hrs. when electricity is not available
- 12 molded-in rails hold full-size, half-size, and third-size food pans with varying depths or half-size sheet pans
- Vent cap releases steam to equalize pressure and ensure food does not get soggy
- Interior thermometer is removable for cleaning
- 9-in. bend-resistant nylon latch opens easily and closes tightly

- Cord strap on the left side of the unit provides a place for securing the cord during transport

Products are put in and maintained temperatures for hours, even in dead of winter. Easy to clean, and maintain, easy to stack with straps, not the ones cambro offers. Great product.
