The Cambro UPC300186 Ultra Pan Carrier® insulated food carrier has a 36-quart capacity and can hold half-size, third-size, and full-size pans ranging in depth from 2 1⁄2 to 8 inches. Insulated with thick polyurethane, the carrier can hold hot food above 140 degrees Fahrenheit and cold food below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for longer than 4 hours. It is constructed of dishwasher-safe poly, while its gasketless door is removable and has a label area on the outside so users can identify the carrier's contents.
