The Cambro CPMU184275V4480 Camshelving® Premium mobile shelving unit's shelf plates are made of polypropylene—a strong, simple-to-clean material well suited to commercial use. Each shelf is louvered to promote airflow around stored product and contains a built-in antimicrobial agent that inhibits the formation of bacteria and other germs. To streamline setup, this unit includes eight traverses, molded-in dovetails, two sets of post connectors, and two preassembled post kits.
For mobility, the Cambro CPMU184275V4480 shelving unit is positioned on four swivel casters, and to support bulk ingredients and heavy items, it has a total capacity of 750 pounds.
