Mobile on 5-inch swivel casters, the Cambro CPMU213675V4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit is flexible for versatile storage and transport. It can be moved from storage areas to prep stations and is safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit for pantry, dishroom, and walk-in storage. Great for storing perishable items, the shelves have a louvered layout that promotes airflow around stored goods. This design keeps temperatures uniform and helps prevent moisture and dust accumulation.
The polypropylene shelf plates on this Cambro CPMU213675V4480 mobile shelving unit are resistant to damage from food acids, salt, chemicals, and humidity. When the plates are dirty, they can be wiped down or run through the dishwasher safely. Made with Camguard® antimicrobial agent, the plates are protected from bacterial, fungal, and mold growth, reducing the risk of product degradation, stains, and odors. Easier to assemble than Cambro's Elements and Basics Plus shelves, this unit comes with eight traverses, two preassembled post kits, two post connector sets, and molded-in dovetails. The traverses and posts are made of steel with polypropylene exteriors, and the traverses are adjustable in 4-inch increments on the posts.
