To accommodate bulk ingredients and heavy products, the Cambro CPMU183675V4480 starter shelving unit has a capacity of 750 pounds. It's part of the Camshelving® Premium collection and comes in speckled gray to match other units in the series. For installation, it includes eight traverses, molded-in dovetails, two sets of post connectors, and two preassembled post kits. For mobility, it's furnished with four swivel casters, each of which has a brake to secure the unit in place.
Built with four tiers, the Cambro CPMU183675V4480 mobile shelving unit measures 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 75 inches high. It can be safely exposed to temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for use in a walk-in freezer, warm dishroom, or hot kitchen, and its shelves are louvered and constructed of durable polypropylene. To inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, the shelves are treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection.
