The Cambro CPU216072VS4480 louvered/solid shelving unit contains Camguard® antimicrobial protection on its shelves to hinder the formation of bacteria, mold, and other germs. The shelf plates are constructed of polypropylene—durable polymer that doesn't rust, corrode, or peel and withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. With a maximum capacity of 2,000 pounds, this unit can hold produce in a walk-in freezer as well as supplies in a dry kitchen area. The structure measures 60 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 72 inches high, overall.
For installation, the Cambro CPU216072VS4480 polymer shelving unit includes two preassembled post kits, eight traverses, and molded-in dovetails. The posts are designed to secure the four shelving tiers on either side and are made of sturdy steel with polypropylene exteriors. To match common kitchen themes, the unit comes in speckled gray. It includes one solid shelf and three vented shelves that are suitable for holding a versatile range of materials.
