The Cambro CBU213084V5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit's top shelf has a 400-pound capacity, with each lower shelf holding 600 pounds, though the unit is equipped to hold 1,800 pounds overall. This 30-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep by 84-inch-high unit is lined with five levels of vented shelf plates and supported by four composite posts with leveling feet. To broaden the areas in which this unit can be stored, it withstands temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, which is great for humid dishrooms, dry storage pantries, and walk-in coolers and freezers.
The Cambro CBU213084V5580 starter shelving unit's louvered shelves encourage free-flowing air movement for uniform air circulation, which is ideal for perishable goods and can minimize accumulation of moisture and dust. The shelves' polypropylene construction also resists rusting, corroding, peeling, and scratching to maintain the original brushed graphite color while protecting stored contents from potential contaminants. Operators can clean the shelves' surfaces routinely by wiping them down and sanitizing them in a dishmachine. Between standard cleanings, Camguard® antimicrobial agent slows bacterial growth to prevent stains and odors.
