The Cambro CBU213064S4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit's four solid shelf plates are ideal for small items, irregularly shaped products, linens, and goods that tend to leak. Their flat surfaces provide a sturdy storage space that can be wiped clean and washed in a dishmachine for thorough sanitization. Made of polypropylene, each shelf resists rusting, corroding, peeling, and scratching and is treated with an antimicrobial protection agent to inhibit fungal and mold growth that could form unsightly stains and malodors. Though the top shelf can support 400 pounds, and each bottom shelf holds 600 pounds, this unit is built to hold 1,800 pounds overall.
To ensure products are stored in the proper environment, the Cambro CBU213064S4580 starter shelving unit can be used in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's compatible with pantry, dishroom, freezer, and cooler storage. Its four composite posts are capped with leveling feet for balance on irregular surfaces. Preassembled post connectors and wedges, eight traverses, and four bags of eight dovetails expedite unit setup, and for adaptability, each shelf can be adjusted along the composite posts to support various product sizes.
