Cambro 18SFSPROCW135 Description
Bakery ingredients, ice cream toppings, flour, fruit, and vegetables can be stored in the Cambro 18SFSPROCW135 CamSquare® FreshPro food container, which measures 11 2⁄5 inches long by 11 2⁄5 inches wide by 12 9⁄10 inches tall and accommodates 18 quarts. Its clear body provides full visibility of stored contents, while the blue graduations let users quickly identify inventory amount. To prolong back-of-house service life, it's made of Camwear®—odor-, stain-, and acid-resistant polycarbonate that withstands temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Its molded-in handles provide an ergonomic grip to ease lifting, while the curved corners enable four-sided pouring for flexibility. After it's been sanitized in a dishmachine, this piece can be stacked with other containers in storage.
