Cambro 2SFSPROCW135 Description
Great for storing prepped ingredients, the Cambro 2SFSPROCW135 food container measures 7 1⁄2 inches long by 7 1⁄2 inches wide by 3 9⁄10 inches high and boasts a 2-quart capacity. It's constructed of clear Camwear® polycarbonate that's break, stain, acid, and odor resistant, and it features green, color-coded graduations to monitor remaining inventory. For simple handling, it has a textured, concaved grip with molded, recessed handles, and to facilitate smooth pouring from all four sides, its corners are curved. Safe for dishwasher cleaning, this unit withstands temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit; when not in use, it can be stacked with similarly sized containers.
