Designed to elevate fruits and vegetables above pooling juices, the Cambro 12SFSFPDPP267 drain shelf can be placed in the Cambro 12SFSPROCW135 polycarbonate container, the Cambro 18SFSPROCW135 Camwear® food storage container, and the Cambro 22SFSPROCW135 container. Liquids can drain through the shelf's holes; by distancing product from the juices, it reduces the chance of product spoilage and damage. This piece's translucent blue body matches the corresponding containers' graduations and covers for uniformity and to simplify pairing the components with the proper container during food prep. For thorough sanitization, it's dishwasher safe, and its peg hole can be secured on a wall hook for sanitary drying and storage.
