Cambro 1826DTC131 Description
The Cambro 1826DTC131 insulated food carrier has two cavities that can hold a total of 24 food trays for transportation through a hospital, school, or banquet hall. Warmth in the cabinet is maintained with foam insulation, ensuring that food is fresh and tasty when it arrives at the customer. To streamline mobility, this unit is positioned on four six-inch casters. Two of the casters are set to guide the unit in a straight line, two swivel to enable turning corners, and one brakes to keep the unit steady when users are unloading it.
To prevent food from becoming moist and soggy, the cavities of the Cambro 1826DTC131 insulated food carrier have vent caps. The hinges have are made of robust stainless steel—a durable metal that creates a strong seal while preventing door sag. The molded-in handles don't stick out into crowded aisles, and their vertical design provides comfortable maneuvering at any height. A durable unit, this food carrier is made of polyethylene, which can be quickly wiped clean.
