Great for use in banquet halls, event spaces, and other catering applications, the Cambro 1826DTC401 food carrier has foam insulation and air-tight gaskets that retain heat in its cavities and keep food tasting fresh. It has 24 tray support rails on 1 15⁄16-inch centers that can hold food pans as large as 26 inches long and 18 inches wide. Vent caps in each cavity enable moisture to escape the unit, preventing food from becoming soggy before it's served.

The Cambro 1826DTC401 insulated food carrier is made of polyethylene, which won't dent, break, or rust with extended use. Because it has a one-piece construction, no crevices harbor food particles or grow bacteria. Its robust hinges are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the vertical molded-in handles stay out of the way while enabling users to maneuverer the carrier. To streamline transport, this unit is mounted on four 6-inch casters, with two that swivel and one that has brakes.
